Payment is processed by MyPOS; I do not store your payment card details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Custom commission enquiries<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 your name, email, and any personal details you choose to share about the piece you want made (for example, the nature of a memorial piece)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Data collected automatically<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Analytics<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 this website uses Umami analytics, which is cookieless and collects no personal data. No consent is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Server logs<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 your IP address and browser type may be recorded in server logs by my hosting provider (Strato). These logs are kept for a maximum of 30 days and are used only for security and technical purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why I collect it and the&nbsp;<em>legal basis<\/em><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the GDPR, every use of personal data must have a legal basis. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any notification email<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Analytics<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 legal basis: legitimate interest<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Legal obligations<\/strong>\u00a0(invoicing, tax records) \u2014 legal basis: legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How long I keep your data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Order data<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 kept for 7 years in accordance with Dutch tax law (Belastingdienst retention requirements)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Contact and enquiry messages<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 kept for as long as needed to complete our correspondence, then deleted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Drop notification list<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 kept until you unsubscribe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Analytics data<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 not retained as personal data because of using cookieless analytics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who else sees your data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. The following service providers process data on my behalf as data processors (verwerkers):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Hosting provider:<\/strong>\u00a0Strato \u2014 stores the website and its data on servers Berlin and Karlsruhe, Germany.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Payment processor:<\/strong>\u00a0MyPOS \u2014 processes payment transactions. Their own privacy policy applies to payment data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Email service:<\/strong>\u00a0Gmail, Strato mail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Shipping carriers:<\/strong>\u00a0PostNL, FedEx and\/or DHL \u2014 receive your name and delivery address to deliver your order. Their own privacy policies apply<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Analytics:<\/strong>\u00a0Umami (EU-hosted, no personal data)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where any of the above processors are based outside the European Economic Area, I ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under the GDPR and the Dutch Uitvoeringswet AVG, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Right of access (inzagerecht)<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 you can ask me what data I hold about you<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Right to rectification (rectificatierecht)<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 you can ask me to correct inaccurate data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Right to erasure (recht op vergetelheid)<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 you can ask me to delete your data, subject to legal retention obligations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Right to restriction of processing<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 you can ask me to limit how I use your data in certain circumstances<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Right to data portability<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 you can ask me to provide your data in a machine-readable format<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Right to object<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 you can object to processing based on legitimate interest<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Right to withdraw consent<\/strong>\u00a0\u2014 where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To exercise any of these rights, email me at&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:info@studiodarkuv.com\">info@studiodarkuv.com<\/a>.
